I do have another shaft for this and can swap it out for and additional 50 dollars to the sale price. more If the pulley is lined up properly and the belt is replaced, this saw will work fine. See picture) The shaft is not bent and this is mainly a cosmetic issue. I found that the saw was ran with the motor pulley out of adjustment and it has wore the outer belt and made groove marks in the blade hight adjusting screw shaft. There are simgle phase motors available for this as well as phase converters for a reasonable price. This will make a great saw for the professional as well as the entry-level wood-worker who wants a great saw that should last a lifetime. It appears to be in very good condition and I was told that it was in good working order when it was removed. I'm estimating that it has around 10 years or less of use in a school woodshop environment.
The saw was taken out of service approx 8-10 years ago. Heavier trucked items the amount can be much hiĭelta 10 inch Unisaw. For ex sample if I'm sending a 100 pound item from Massachusetts to Oregon via UPS Ground I would be paying 10 dollars towards shipping. However on larger items shipped UPS Ground or trucking, I must add weight or adjust to reflect the percentage the host takes. On a smaller USPS Priority mail item the cost is really not effected, any difference I absorb as the seller. This means they collect a percentage of the shipping cost besides the standard item cost. Some time back the host started charging a finale value fee on shipping. I must charge shipping! I try to keep the cost down and do not charge a packaging fee. However it is necessary and for what I sell. Shipping please read: Shipping is a necessary evil nobody likes to pay it. Please then contact me so we can resolve the issue. I give some slack because if you get a item on a Monday you might not get a chance to really check it out until Saturday if your working. That is please contact me if there is a problem within 5 days.
But for what I sell I am going to continue with my policy of 5 days. I find most all buyers just want what they bought. There have been no items were I refused a full refund including return shipping. I do my best to tell the truth and honor my mistakes.
